# Prothesia

> Prothesia is a Mexican clinic specializing in custom prosthetic limbs — leg, arm, pediatric, and sports prosthetics — and custom orthotic insoles for runners, diabetic foot care, and everyday comfort. Two clinics: Morelia, Michoacán (headquarters) and Ciudad de México (WTC). The initial clinical assessment (valoración) is a paid service; contact the clinic via WhatsApp for current fees. Transparent pricing in MXN with financing from 3 to 24 months; Prothesia does not process IMSS/ISSSTE/DIF applications but provides the clinical letters and documentation those institutions require to certify that the patient needs prosthetic treatment. Every prosthesis includes custom socket fabrication, components, physical rehabilitation, and one year of follow-up.

Pricing (MXN): transtibial leg from $60,000; transfemoral leg from $85,000; microprocessor knee from $1,000,000; mechanical arm from $50,000; myoelectric arm from $1,500,000; pediatric $60,000–$500,000; sports $85,000–$600,000.
